Our pallet delivery service throughout the UK is to the kerbside only. Kerbside deliveries will arrive by a third-party courier on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location.
Refusal of delivery
If you unreasonably refuse to take delivery of products, you will be responsible for the return of the products and all costs associated with this.
Crosswater System Downtime Update - December 2024 /January 2025
Crosswater has informed us that they are currently upgrading their systems. However, they are facing unexpected technical issues, which are causing delays in processing and dispatching orders to retailers nationwide. They are working to resolve these issues within the coming weeks. Unfortunately, this may result in delays for orders that are not already in stock with us.

Items not in stock and requiring ordering from Crosswater: Currently, the estimated lead time is 2 - 3 weeks from the time of ordering. Please note this is subject to change, and we will update customers after purchase with the expected timeframes or any changes.

Split Deliveries
If your order includes items that need to be sourced from Crosswater, we can arrange split deliveries. This means any in-stock items or products from other suppliers can be dispatched immediately, with the remaining items sent separately once they become available.
