Crosswater System Downtime Update - October/November 2024
Crosswater have advised that their systems upgrade has being undertaken, however, they are experiencing some unforeseen technical issues that is leading to delays being processed and dispatched out to retailers for orders to be fulfilled. This is a nationwide issue affecting all retailers. They hope to have this resolved within the coming weeks, however, this may mean a delay to any order that is not in stock already with ourselves. Please see below guidance when ordering:
- Anything in stock with us - processed and dispatched as normal
- Items not in stock and need to be ordered from Crosswater - we are being advised that this is likely to be a lead time of 2-3 weeks from ordering but is subject to change - we will advise customers after purchasing of expected timeframes or any changes outside of this. If you are looking to order items, please also see below details about split deliveries.
Split Deliveries
If orders include items that need to be ordered from Crosswater, we will be able to split deliveries to dispatch any items from other suppliers or anything we have in stock currently, with the rest of the items to follow separately once available. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for this to happen or to check on availability and ETAs.
