Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Deluxe Bathrooms.
With the exception of special order items if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. After this period, they will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge, up to a period of 28 days, from point of delivery.
A restocking charge is a fee charged when an item is returned to the seller after the period of 14 days from point of delivery has lapsed and is based on the condition of the item. Please note: Restocking fees are not applied when an item is returned due to a defect.
If you wish to return the goods, please firstly request a return by completing our Return Form giving details of your name, order number and item details before returning the goods. Please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed. Please note: cost for posting back a return is the responsibility of the customer.
All cancelled goods must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. We will not accept or refund any items that are damaged whilst in your possession or in transit back to us.
If you unreasonably refuse to take delivery of products, you will be responsible for the return of the products and all costs associated with this.
Refund requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
- Product must be unused and in its original packaging
- Product must not be damaged
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
Restocking Fee

Ex-Display and Clearance Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on clearance/ex-display/sold-as-seen items.
Special Order
A Special Order item is classed as any stock we don't hold on a regular basis and have to specifically order in for a customer. Pre-payment is required to place the order. Once the order has left the manufacturer and is in transit to us then the customer will not be able to cancel the order or return the goods if they do not like them.

We will not be responsible for any damage or loss arising during the return transit of the goods. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
