Crosswater System Downtime Update - December 2024 /January 2025
Crosswater has informed us that they are currently upgrading their systems. However, they are facing unexpected technical issues, which are causing delays in processing and dispatching orders to retailers nationwide. They are working to resolve these issues within the coming weeks. Unfortunately, this may result in delays for orders that are not already in stock with us.
Please see the following guidelines when placing an order:
- Items in stock with us: These will be processed and dispatched as normal.
- Items not in stock and requiring ordering from Crosswater: Currently, the estimated lead time is 2 - 3 weeks from the time of ordering. Please note this is subject to change, and we will update customers after purchase with the expected timeframes or any changes.
If you plan to place an order, please also review the details regarding split deliveries below.
Split Deliveries
If your order includes items that need to be sourced from Crosswater, we can arrange split deliveries. This means any in-stock items or products from other suppliers can be dispatched immediately, with the remaining items sent separately once they become available. Please contact us to arrange this or to check availability and estimated delivery times.
